My approach to teaching this program is therefore designed to be compassionate, secular, grounded, accessible, and practical.

As much as I love mystical and ethereal topics, I believe that spirituality is not just in a realm I can’t see—it is also, and primarily, here in the experience of being human. Because, well, we are here! To think of this life as an illusion is, in my opinion, a disservice to our humanity.
