Each session will last about 2-3 hours depending on group participation.

During our online gatherings we will talk about common limitations and experiences shared by women and how the traditional teachings of Mindfulness Meditation can help us navigate these. We will have live meditation practices and time to share, reflect and ask questions.

Some of us like to have evidence of the benefits of these practices and I want to honor your curious mind by providing these empirical studies and findings.

You will learn about the scientific findings of the impact of these practices.

Online Gathering Dates

April 6th, 2024 at 2pm EST.

You will be learning tools that are meant to be practiced for the rest of your life. You are planting seeds that will need to be watered in order for your tree to give beautiful and juicy fruit. Some of the practices suggested to be done outside our gatherings will help you establish a routine and cultivate the habit to water these seeds as part of your daily life. 

Meditation and Journaling practice outside of our bi-weekly meet ups is highly suggested to get the best out of this program.

This will give you the time to process the information and practice what you have learned.

We will meet online once every 2 weeks starting April 6th, 2024. 

Guidelines will be shared at the beginning of the program to set a kind, respectful and safe foundation for our gatherings. You will be encouraged to practice using your voice and sharing your heart in this space and you will always have the right to pass.

Sessions will include: lessons, participant check ins, shares and activities, 10-25min meditations

absolutely! This is a great program to cultivate a meditation practice.

Can I join if I'm not an experienced meditator?

I can't join one of the sessions, would it still make sense to join the program?

Yes, you will have access to all recorded sessions and will be able to re-watch the lessons. I do recommend joining the Live sessions as much as possible to take full advantage of the activities and group share.

I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO MEDITATE, WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS in this program?

I will be opening the program with setting clear expectations of the practice of Mindfulness Meditation. From experience and as research has shown, most people that think they can't meditate simply have a rather mistaken definition or expectation of meditation. For now, know that distractions and thoughts are the most important ingredient of this practice.
